InstallAV Inc. – 14-Day Return Policy
At InstallAV Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Returns must include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Custom-ordered, special-order, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Labor, installation services, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at +1.501.205.5002 or Contact Us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the product back to us at the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective returns.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or return at no additional cost.
